Housed behind mat and cover glass in an original 1850s union case

and it looks like most or all of the original seals are still in the case behind the dag

This was part of a small collection from Richmond and Lynchburg

She is holding a pencil or pen between her toes! Written on the back is, "Compliments of your old Harrisburg friend, Lizzie". I believe her name was Lizzie L. Sturgeon, she had limited to no use of her arms, but was able to write, knit, and create objects with her feet, like Ann E. Leak, although I believe images of Lizzie
