This original design lamp cover is suitable for both the original Lucas lamps of the 1950's and 60's but also all other circular six inch lamps fitted to the classic Minis

The bottom of your headrest has a plastic plate which can be unscrewed which will then show staples which hold the cover in place

This base foam was introduced in the MKII Minis and creates a more defined shape with its raised sides in contrast to the the flat foams of earlier production

It was also used on the Triumph Spitfire 1500 seat covers of this period and is available in black & white

Cut to a standard patterned shape, they lie in the dash being held in by the back lip of the dash rail, and then at the rear by the speedo panels (rather more tricky to fit!).
