The ribbon is silver flat wire complimented with blue gray stripes. This meets a silver matte bullion knot that is nicely toned. The cap of the acorn is black as is the slider. The stem of this is a bright blue color, designating that this would be worn by an Unterfhrer in the Emergency Service of the TeNo organization. Near excellent overall and quite scarce.
