It has spent the first 6 years of maturation in two re charred bourbon hogsheads, before being re racked into two casks that previously held Calvados Pays D'Auge for a further 4 years, developing fruity and smoky flavours. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Mystery Malt
