It is a simple deep blue halter top done in a thicker poly nylon knit jersey. To this is applied a tightly overlapped sequin design that runs over each shoulder strap and around the top of the bodice. Little rays of sequins dance off the top edge. The bottom is gathered with a bit of elastic and a decoration only, sequin encrusted bow sits prettily at the front waist. Great piece to work in
