1967年には当時のマネージャーによってハンドステッチでフルモカシンの画期的なシューズが考案され、イギリスのクラークス社へ提案。

毛皮のムートンを目標に編みで再現、開発されたのがこのスウェット素材です。表糸には非常にソフトで上質な滑り間のある風合いが特徴のニュージーランドメリウールを使用し、裏糸にはチベットの高度3500~4500mに生息しているヤクの産毛のみを贅沢にも使用し、極度に度目を詰めて編み立てています。ヴィンテージのボンバーハットをベースに組み立てました。
