It is really two layers - a fitted inner dress that if fitted and hugs your curves form shoulder to the floor and then over and attached to that at the shoulders are a panel on both the front and back

This same floral designs sits on each shoulder

The top has a wide panel of fabric that falls from the shoulders and circles all the way around

Fully lined in a high grade black tissue silk

I have had this tucked away hoping to find out more about the designer but to no avail
