The decoration features an elegant Rococo cartouche with the Prussian eagle and the historic cipher “FR – Friedrich Rex” beneath the royal crown

Diameter when opened: ~ 55 cm

The reverse bears the classic KPM marks: the underglaze blue sceptre and the red orb mark

The dress is made of printed cotton

all of which can be easily repaired

Skirt Lifter, 1870s #antique belt The decoration features an elegantA skirt lifter from the 1870s Victorian era. A round clip was used to attach the raised skirt to the belt. This protected it from dirt, dust or wetness. Signs of age and wear. For me it is always a wonder that these small everyday items have survived 150 years. Length: ~ 18 cm
