It has good body, not too strong, with mild acidity. The green beans are medium roasted in our shop in small batches to ensure consistency of roast and the freshest cup for you. The Medium Brazil coffee can be best enjoyed at home using French press, drip, pour over, percolator, or an Aeropress.
