It is really just incredible and it is now so rare and hard to find these in such amazing condition. Both the dress and matching jacket are finished to Haute Couture standards and it is maddening to not have a label to know who designed this. It is so beautiful and special that it obviously is a rare piece by a high end designer. The dress is
