Tall Hat - Cinnamon / Gold Smooth Velvet Size:Large Mad Hatters with crushed velvetThis early Elizabethan noble's hat is built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall. Trims will vary. Some of the smooth velvet Tall Hats have an attached 6 " ostrich plume, a bit of ostrich fluff or rooster feathers and some are plain. Custom hats are possible. Feather Pins are sold separately in accessories as single feather pins, short fluffy feather pins and long fancy feather pins.
