Bruckner - Symphony No. 5 Adagio extracts for 5-part Trombone Ensemble Klengel Practice With Bach for theSymphony No. 5 by Anton Bruckner was written in 1875 76 and given the name of Fantastic by the composer himself, although never added to the score. Unfortunately, Bruckner never heard a live performance by orchestra of this glorious work. Randall Malmstrom has arranged extracts of the Adagio movement for a 5 part Trombone Ensemble including alto on the top part and a contrabass on the bottom part, giving it a very wide and luscious sonority.
