Originally issued as a double decal with its M. 35 aluminium liner band and square edged strap buckles, later ordnance refurbished in a rough sand finish with its single decal, which does have some abrasions. The front left hand leg of the swastika is slightly abraded. Through the light coating of rough sand finish, paint can be seen with shades of the red section of the old tricolour. The liner
